Before visiting our office, please take note of the following office policies.
Safe Space Policy:
This is a safe space for everyone. Respect, patience, and kindness are expected.
No weapons are permitted in our offices.
Aggression, swearing, racist comments, threats or any acts of violence will not be tolerated. Anyone verbally or physically abusing members of our staff will be asked to leave immediately.
Payments Policy:
Payment in full is expected at the time of service unless you have services covered by Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, Veterans Affairs, Aetna, or Moda.
Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. ND Systems is not a party to that contract. Our relationship is with you and not your insurance company.
As a courtesy, we will submit your primary insurance paperwork on your behalf and your insurance company will send reimbursement to you. If you would prefer to submit your own insurance, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork for your submission.
We accept cash or most major credit/debit cards.
PLEASE NOTE:
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
