About the Role: Based in our Kenai office, you will serve as the primary onsite administrative support for that location while also providing support to the organization as a whole. You’ll often be the first-person clients interact with, whether in person, by phone, or online, making your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail essential to creating a positive experience.
About The Job: You’ll help keep our clinics running smoothly by scheduling appointments, assisting patients with questions, coordinating communication with providers and insurance companies, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily office operations. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of delivering compassionate, client-centered behavioral healthcare.

Functions/ Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative duties such as answering the phone, being the first point of contact for visitors and clients/patients at the front desk, managing schedules, performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, and ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Manage communications between staff, providers, clients, vendors, and associated business entities
• Coordinate with and support office staff at other locations
• Coordinate activities, as requested, throughout the organization to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policies
• Follow organization and office policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of administrative or office experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare office procedures preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare scheduling.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.

Physical Requirements

Anticipated Work Schedule:
- M-F: 10am – 3pm
- Our offices are closed for eleven (11) State/Federal Holidays throughout the year.
